The Brattleboro Municipal Center project is an adaptive reuse project of an existing nineteenth-century building in Brattleboro, VT. Windham & Windsor Housing Trust will explore rehabilitating the building with 20-24 units, a mix of efficiency and family apartments. The Town of Brattleboro plans to retain usage of the first and basement stories for administrative uses. Work includes fully upgraded building components, systems, and compliance with current building and life-safety codes.
